• Sarah Gregory, 25000 block Beatline Road, Athens, two counts of third degree burglary – non-residency – force, third degree promotion of contraband in prison – other

• James Kellum, Block 26000 Hundley Way, Madison, Possession of Burglary Tools, Possession of Second Degree Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance

• David McKinney, block 20000 Looney Road, Athens, destruction of property by a prisoner

• Raymond Pruitt, 21000 block Bean Road, Athens, public intoxication – appears in a public place

• Matthew Sims, 26000 Block Hays Mill Road, Elkmont, First Degree Robbery-Auto Theft, Third Degree Robbery – $500 to $1,499

• Athens: three wrought iron light fixtures, a stapler, an electrical box, a room robot, three flashlights, a ceiling fan, a Ryobi drill, an outdoor camera, $495, from January 1 to April 1, 13 000 block Zehner Road

• Athens propane torch, Porter corded drill, 20 feet of chain, miscellaneous. tools, chalk line, $520, April 2, block 14000 Mooresville Road

• Ardmore – car tag, $79.75, April 1-2, block 28,000 Odie Scott Drive

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Saturday-Monday.

• Dan Melvin Smith, 35, domestic violence

• Michael Lakota Ford, 29, drives with suspension

• Joel C. Ables, 53, did not show up – conduct while dismissed
