Pedro, 23, of Texas Ave., Knoxville, was arrested Sept 26 by Tennessee Highway Patrol and charged with impaired driving, resisting arrest, driving with revoked license, reckless driving, violation of the law on open containers, speeding and insurance violation. He was being held on $ 18,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on September 27.

• Dilmas Cruse, 52, of Old Highway 27, Chattanooga, was arrested on September 26 by the Calhoun Police Department and charged with probation violation, driving with a suspended or revoked license, theft of property, misdemeanor escape and reckless driving. He was being held on a cash bond of $ 1,689.95 and had an appointment in General Sessions Court on September 27.

• Brian N. Saylor, 38, of County Road 266, Sweetwater, was arrested on September 26 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with a probation violation. He was being held on a cash bond of $ 1,353.90 and had an appointment in General Sessions Court on September 27.

• Sébastien C. Wilson, 29, of County Road 151, Riceville, was arrested September 27 by the Etowah Police Department and charged with Simple Possession of a Schedule VI drug, selling and delivering a Schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held on $ 17,000 bond and had an appointment in General Sessions Court on September 27.

• Kenneth Evans, 57, of County Road 725, Riceville, was arrested Sept. 27 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with disorderly conduct and resistance. He was being held on $ 1,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on September 28.

• Élie Ferguson, 19, of Brown Ave., Cleveland, was arrested on September 27 by the Athens Police Department and charged with assault. He was released on $ 2,000 bail and faced an appointment in General Sessions Court on September 28.

• Rocky C. Willis, 32, of County Road 267, Niota, was arrested on September 27 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with two McMinn County non-appearance counts and one Monroe County chief. • Bobby Edd Mullins, 37, of Gateway Circle, Philadelphia, was arrested on September 27 by the Athens Police Department and charged with a warrant out of Blount County. It was turned over to Blount County authorities.

• Linda Gamble, 61, of Oak Grove Rd., Benton, was arrested Sept. 27 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with non-appearance. She was being held without a registered bond and had an appointment in General Sessions Tribunal on September 28.

• Nancy Sue Bentley, 68, of Old Riceville Rd., Athens, was arrested on September 27 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with an indictment of harassment. She was released on bail and faces a criminal court appointment on October 4.

• Michel Loviolette, 23, of County Road 813, Etowah, was arrested Sept. 28 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with theft of property under $ 1,000, failure to appear, out-of-county probation violation de Monroe, three counts of worthless checks outside Meigs County and two counts of non-appearances outside Meigs County. He was being held on $ 2,000 bond for authorities in Monroe and Meigs counties and had an appointment in General Sessions Court on September 28.
